General: The following terms and conditions outline Erica Kana Photography responsibilities and the customer/clients responsibilities. EKP agrees to provide photography services. Client can use such pictures for non profit and personal use only. EKP owns equal rights to all picture rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material. 

COVID-19: By signing/agreeing to these terms you are fully aware and certify that you do not have covid-19, are showing and/or feeling any of the symptoms up to 14 days prior to your scheduled session. Should you begin to feel ill in anyway you should notify Erica Kana Photography and reschedule your session. For ALL indoor sessions Erica Kana Photography requires temperatures to be taken and will require anyone not taking photos to wear a facemask if medically capable or of age.

Safety: Erica Kana Photography reserves the right to deny any guest access to the property if they are unsafe or harmful to the environment. Erica Kana Photography and the Property owners of the photo location is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to the client or client guests. Any damage or theft occurring to any equipment owned or leased by Erica Kana Photography because of negligent acts of the client or clients guests will result in the client being held responsible to pay for the damages or lost items. Damages may include but are not limited to drinks spilled on equipment, kicking or knocking over of equipment, or theft of any equipment. EKP will notify the client immediately upon discovery of an accident or loss.

Payment Terms and Contract Cancellation: Erica Kana Photography accepts payment in the form of cash or check (made payable to Erica Kana). A deposit in the amount of $25 of the package total will be required to lock in and hold the date/time slot. You, the client do hereby agree to pay the total contract amount for the photography services of Erica Kana Photography. The deposit and final payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. The agreement of the Photographer to perform is subject to accidents, epidemics, acts of god or any other legitimate condition beyond their control. If such circumstance arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Erica Kana Photography to find a replacement session at the agreed upon fees. Should Erica Kana Photography be unable to procure a replacement, the client will receive a full refund. In the event of being late to the session, each each minute will be considered apart of the session if arriving late. IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE ON TIME FOR YOUR SAKE AND OTHER FAMILIES!!! By signing our signatures below, both parties (Erica Kana Photography and Client) agree to these contract terms and conditions.
